At Charlie Browns Menswear we strive to provide an excellent customer service, we will be happy to re-dispatch any exchanged non sale items at no cost to our customers.
All exchanges are sent via Royal Mail Signed For Service which can take 3 - 5 working days.
We are happy to dispatch on a next day service via Royal Mail however there is a £7.99 charge.
The customer will be liable for the delivery cost for exchanges of items bought in any of our sales. We will contact you to take payment for the delivery cost of re- dispatching the new item out to you.
